Junior Level 3

Junior Level 3 - 8-14 Years Old +

Entry Requirements (learnt here or elsewhere):

• Starting snowplough stops
• Control snowplough glides
• Control straight runs and stops
• Using the drag lift independently

Are you prepared to elevate your skiing abilities to new heights? If you can do full snowplough stops and glides, Level 3 is your next adventure! Join our 1.5-hour ski lesson designed for those ready to elevate their skills to snowplough turns.

After the session, celebrate your progress and enjoy a drink at our Costa Café.

During your session, you’ll learn:

• Developing snowplough turns
• Controlling speed through turning
• Stopping safely on command in a snowplough
• Using more of the slope with confidence

This session can be repeated if you feel you need more confidence most will complete this session once before moving to level 3.

Please note: We always aim to run sessions as planned. If fewer than 5 participants are booked, the session may be joined by our Adult Level 3 Ski group (ages 15+). All activities will still be age-appropriate.

Rules & Considerations For Level 3:

• You must arrive 30 minutes before the lesson start time.
• All bare skin must be covered.
• Gloves must be worn.
• Everyone must wear a helmet whilst on the slope.
• All facial pierced jewellery must be removed before using the slope.
• No instruction other than with our own registered instructors is allowed.
• No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs may take part in any activity at Knockhatch.
